Quick Copy/Delete

Lets you quickly perform the following Quick Copy or Quick Delete functions.

Select Utilities - Data Tools - Quick Copy/Delete

All of these routines work virtually the same.

Select Utilities - Data Tools - Quick Copy/Delete -

Copy -Vendor Accounts From Company to Company

Select Utilities - Data Tools - Quick Copy/Delete -

Copy - Owner/Customer Accounts from Company to Company

  (Same type Screen as above for copying Vendors).

Select Utilities - Data Tools - Quick Copy/Delete -

Copy - DOI Owners From Unit to Unit

When you select a DOI Copy or Delete you can additionally specify the owner type, royalty, override, or working interest.

Copy - DOI Status level % Within a Unit

When you select a DOI Copy or Delete you can additionally specify the owner type, royalty, override, or working interest.

Note: You can copy DOI status level percentages within a unit for working interest, royalty, or override owners from one status level to another status level within the same unit.  Royalty and override owners do not have expense percents; therefore only revenue and tax percents are copied for these owners.

Copy - G/L Accounts From Company to Unit

Note: General ledger accounts copied from a company or a unit will only copy sales, tax and expense general ledger numbers. Assets and liabilities are not copied to the Unit Chart of Accounts.

Note: General ledger accounts copied from a company or a unit will only copy sales, tax and expense general ledger numbers.

Copy - Units/Wells from Company to Company

Note:  You have the option to reset all dollar values to zero for the copied Units/Wells.

Delete - DOI Owners of a Unit

Delete routines only Mark records for deletions.  The records are not acutally dropped from the system, until you Pack the files.

If you delete general ledger accounts for a company or a unit, normally you will delete the unit or company also.  You must delete the company from the Company Headings file and the unit from the Unit/Well file.
